The representatives of Luk Fook Group, including Mr. AU Kwok Kau, the Group General Manager, attended the Hong Kong Retail Management Association (HKRMA) 24th Anniversary Ball, which was recognized as one of the major annual events of retail industry, in order enhance the fellowship with the members of the industry. The prime objective of this gathering is to raise funds for the Association to further develop retail industry.
Meanwhile, the award presentation ceremony of Service & Courtesy Award 2007 was also held at this gala event. The Award is organized by HKRMA to upgrade the standard of customer service for frontline retail staff. After two rounds of assessments in October 2007, 3 sales representatives of Luk Fook Group were selected as finalists of the content. Awards were presented to them to encourage their outstanding performance in the frontline retail profession.
